Why a relocation agency? 

Whether it is advisable to work with a relocation agency depends on your individual situation. If you want to come to Germany through the accelerated procedure or pre-approval we would advise you to work together with a relocation agency.

Additionally, it depends on which city you will relocate to. Some German cities still mainly operate in German language and it can be difficult finding where and how to apply for your residence permit after coming to Germany. Most likely you will need help from someone who speaks German and understands the government processes as they are not laid out clearly and can be quite complex if you have never done it before. 

Some of the foreigner halls are also quite overrun; it can be very difficult finding an appointment by yourself.

In a nutshell: you can do everything yourself but if you are looking to save your time, energy and sanity – we recommend working together with a relocation agency.

Relocating to a new country can feel overwhelming – we are here to navigate you through the process. This is how our support offer usually looks like:

1. You may schedule a call with us or write us an email (whichever you prefer) and we can answer some of your questions upfront. The initial contact is free of charge.
2. If you decide to work with us, we analyze your situation and advise the best way forward as there are several ways to get your visa – either directly at the embassy, through the accelerated procedure or through a pre-approval from the foreigners’ hall.
3. We will prepare the documents that are needed from your employer while you will prepare the documents that are needed from your side. We will initiate the application and navigate you through the process.
4. You will go to the embassy in your home country and apply for the visa
5. After coming to Germany we can submit your documents to the foreigners’ hall and request the transfer from your visa to a residence permit
